The staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful, but the manager, Donna, seemed very harsh towards them. I witnessed her publicly berating two young employees over a minor spill behind the front counter, with a crowd of 10-15 onlookers. This behavior was highly inappropriate and made everyone feel sorry for the mistreated employees.
