Drink machines down, no straws, napkins, or condiments where customers can reach them. Had to wait on coffee to be made. Had 10 employees working, but the ones standing around could be restocking and cleaning the restaurant. Employees also park by the doors. We thought the place was very busy until we went inside and saw only one customer. Service: Dine in
