Mcdonald's - Bay Minette

Only 3 employees were employed at this site. You couldn't open the restaurant, just by car thru. Customer service was also excellent! Kudos to the 3 employees! I hope your franchise manager appreciates these employees!

They don't want to work always sitting outside smoking when you pull up to drive through they either can't take your order or cash only cause system is down this is the evening shift and is because they all outside smoking and hanging out or on their phones. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Greatest service from a white woman and fast food for QUALITY work and I will be able to make a few things in the past year and get a new one for me a little more than that way I guess so I don't think they would like me to make sure that it would be a lot more time to get the parking in wheelchair accessible parking parking in front door is not available for me but I'm sure they are in that case unfortunately but they would be able to find out the other ones that are working for the most people from there too at the same place

Ask for cheeseburger no pickle no ketchup or only mustard and onion whatever way you want to look at it whatever the case may be it was wrong it had ketchup on it and fries were undercooked although I have to give them credit for putting the salt on them Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 4

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Customer service is awfully terrible. They burn their food, they take forever, and they don’t care to put any condiments on the burgers.
