Brewingz Restaurant And Bar - Baytown

I and my GF went to the Special last week on Tuesday. I understand they were understaffed, I totally understand. The problem was our waitress was extremely rude and the food was cold. When she came back, I brought her to her attention and she had a great attitude. I don't usually say anything, but it upset me. The appetizer was also cold.

I was talking before I went in with my girlfriend about how the place wasn't busy for a astros game and I understand why now. The service was terrible our server was more concerned with her regulars and friends behind usto come check on us. I can honestly say if you want to get timely serivce do not sit on the bar side. Long story short we waited on her more than she waited on us. The boneless was cold the fries were hot. Then as we wait more to pay she finally comes to get my card and goes directly to her table of regulars to sit and talk with them more before trying to run my card.The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the astros and those boudin egg rolls were fire.

My family and I went here last night for dinner. We ordered a thousand appetizers as the boyfriend wanted a little bit of everything. So we ordered fried mushrooms, fried pickles, onion rings, fries, some Buffalo egg roll things and then for our actual main meal we ordered the family thing of wings which was 32 wings and we got them in 3 different flavors. The reason I rated it as a 3 is because for one of those flavors, my boyfriend asked that they do the butter and voodoo and the waitress said yes she understood but yet as you can see in the picture she apparently didn't and they only sprinkled the seasoning on our plain wings....there was no butter...just dry wings with a seasoning sprinkled on them...so we didn't eat those ones... but the food otherwise tasted great and it didn't take long to get out to us and there was no long waiting line to eat there like there was everywhere else so that's great!

Manager spilled pepsi on my one month oldmy diaper bag and myself and had the audacity to charge me after the incident. I use to always go because is quiet and empty but I refuse to go now with my family, very unprofessional. I think we deserved a free meal. Glad I didn't take my white dress like I wanted too! It was family date night and it ended up as a disaster. I don't write reviews but I felt like we should of had a FREE meal! I understand accidents happen but it's different when they spill it All over you and your child. Sad.

Me and my kids waited for 35 minutes and they hadn’t taken our order yet , we just left , service sucked , i paid for our drinks and and they just said o sorry about that , have a great day ??
