We sat for almost 20 minutes and no one came to our order. Some came after us, their order was taken. We'll call someone over a waitress and get us more chips. The one we crossed said a minute and went on. There were only 3 tables of people including ours, so not busy???
The restaurant staff and owners are cons. They respond to complaints with generic lack of answers as if they intend to fix or fix the problem, but do not intend to improve the customer's experience or grief ever. When I found hair in my food, the manager reacted that just happened. For this reason, I will report this restaurant to the Health Department as this is a regular event after management. Do not make sure you do this with a MEXICAN RESTAURANT. Your experience is hidden. The act of willing ignorance and subpar service reduces the value of the restaurant and meal. This is obviously a reflection of bad property, leadership and low expectations. There is no sense of care, care or love for their customers. It doesn't matter if you have contributed to the families of workers and owners for 7 years, it still has no value on this careless, careless, dismissed community residence pool. I'm very glad you're not here. RUN! Update: Your answer is proof of everything I just said in my first review.
A Meal Soured: While I delivered for a third party service, I came across Mazatlan. The manager I've been talking about difficulties that come with these services. He said that someone gave them a terrible review for technical issues w/the app. I assured him I was back, I was back for three years and brought my mother from Texas, new friends I met, my partner now. This evening, my partner, whom I dressed for another dinner, went as well as usual until we ordered Dessert, which we normally did not do that she hangs a hair out of the spoon. We both notify the server. She's about 5 minutes away, bringing the tab. No, I'm so sorry, I'm gonna have the manager right away. Nothing. We have to pay the same manager. I'll ask him if he's aware of his hair. He said yes, that's why the charges were removed. I asked why he didn't come by talking about it. He said well that I was busy all the time. Then he said he could pick up a price. I let him know how I'm just there to support him the local business, it's very regrettable that customer service has dropped so much. Then he continued to calculate the full amount for the rest of the meal... Lol! The food whole experience was only up to max. We won't be back.
There food is good. But we all know with bad service it leaves a nasty taste in your mouth. Not one time came to refill our drinks that I had to get up and ask if they were coming way after we got our food already. Not once came to check on us. We had to go find the waiter to get us our check. Also there was only 3 other tables in there. I don?t recommend this place if you actually want to enjoy your food.
