Chili's Grill - Bel Air

Ordered a cheese quesadilla on doordash for my nephew and the quesadilla had mold on it. Very disappointed with Chili’s not noticing this before serving.

Great food, nice vibes, reasonable prices, and great staff. I don’t however like that they charge you for the games that are on the tablets. They should at minimum require an adult to approve the charge first before unlocking the games.

I Had A Great Experience. I sat at the bar, enjoyed the view. I had a barista and she was amazing. Usually I don't get to engage to much with my waitress but this Young Lady Was A delight! My meal was nice and hot and it was Delicious! The Service WAS A-1! Keisha I believe her name was, she was very nice. Great experience will be back with the family

Great food and service! Hadn't been in a long time and the frozen strawberry margaritas were just as good as I remember them: The food was great as well. Our server was super sweet and efficient. Love Chili's

Outside of the hostess attitude being very off putting, everything was great and the waitress we had was amazing. It was crowded for a Monday evening and there was not enough staff so I'm going to charge that to the hostess attitude. As a person who works in the food industry I try to give grace bc I know it can be hard dealing with people but remember if I'm nice and kind to you as a customer, I expect the same in return I hope her week was better!
