One of the best pizza I ever had! First class ingredients, classic pizzas as well as their creation...and the restaurants my friends, sloop good!

We wanted to try something different in the area, so following a recommendation we ended up to chose the Fabbrica del Gusto. First, we had to reserve due to the COVID-19 situation; this is not a big deal, however, the system does not fully work if you do not have an italian telephone number: according to the instruction the reservation is only valid if you receive an SMS (why? You receive an e-mail anyway

We booked a table for three. We arrived at 20.15 and eventually started eating at 21.30. We were asked about the drinks 20’ after our arrival. Nothing at all was offered to us during this long waiting time. Not an olive, not a bread stick. Meanwhile we could see pizzas being made for take away. Also people who arrived after us were served first. The pizza was good and the waiters, kind, but the waiting time made the whole experience not worthy.
