Subway - Belmond

I visited for the first time and found the staff to be quite unfriendly. They seemed unhappy and lacked any knowledge of proper customer service. None of them smiled, and their demeanor was quite unwelcoming. This is not the way to engage with customers.

I always enjoy coming here for a quick lunch! The staff is consistently cheerful and welcoming.

I’m familiar with most of the staff since I work nearby, and they are consistently kind, friendly, and always make my sandwiches delicious. I came for the food, but I stayed for the wonderful people.

I used the online ordering service for the first time today, and I was not disappointed at all. The process was incredibly quick, making it ideal for anyone on the go. I would definitely recommend it—10/10!

This place offers typical fast food options, but occasionally has some interesting variations on the menu, which is a nice touch. The hours of operation are also convenient. Overall, it's a step up from regular fast food.
