Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónHere’s how my experience went: **Service: 4/5** My order was ready in less than 10 minutes for pickup. However, I didn’t receive any updates on the order status via my phone, so I had to check the status board in the lobby of All Day Kitchens. Everything was packed properly when I picked it up. **1/2 lb Double Cheeseburger: 5/5** This cheeseburger was fantastic! It had excellent presentation for takeout. The hot burger was separated from the toppings, which included lettuce and tomato, and the Calibur dressing was provided in a small container. If this burger were served in a diner, it would definitely win praise. It tasted great, was fresh, and looked beautiful. The juicy meat was cooked to medium, and there was a generous amount of melted cheese to enhance the flavor. Price: $12.99. **Tater Tots: 1/5** Unfortunately, my experience with the tater tots was disappointing. They arrived cold and soggy, indicating they might have been taken out of the freezer without a proper quality check. I can say I will never order these again! Tater tots should be crispy and served hot, not limp and damp. They could have easily prepared them in the same time it took to make the cheeseburger: just drop them frozen into hot oil, set a timer, then drain and season them. Instead, I ended up with cold, mushy potatoes... yuck! Price: $3.99. Overall, Calibur Express could have received a 5-star review if only someone knew how to properly prepare tater tots!
The restaurant is set in a large castle, but the food felt disappointing, with frozen patties and processed cheese. I didn't receive the assistance I needed. When I inquired about my order, the staff at the window insisted that I got what I ordered but would not provide any further explanation.
