Greg's Grill - Bend

Had a hard time to make an online reservation, friend ended up going there early to get a table. Nevertheless, the food was delicious and delish. Barservice Waitstaff was good.

El comedor era muy bueno. Sin embargo, en mi próxima visita, usaría el área del bar, ya que parece tener las mejores ofertas en comida y bebida.

Amo el ambiente. A todos les encantó la cena, a excepción de Shepherd's Pie. Muy poco cordero en él. Nos lo pasamos muy bien

Great food and atmosphere. Wonderful place for a Holiday dinner or other special event.

Sunday night we invited friends to celebrate their anniversary at Greg 's Grill. Jay was our waiter and did a great job. When we paid our bill, we included a 2018 Be My Guest gift certificate (from our neighbor) for $50 that we just found in a stack of old Christmas cards. Nowhere on the document did it indicate an expiration date. Jay returned apologetically saying The new owner would not honor the GC because it was issued from the previous owners, and it would be like losing money directly from his pocket . Being in the customer service business for over 40-years I asked Jay to clarify with the owner (who never came to our table) he/she would rather lose our business as long-term patrons than not honor a legitimate gift certificate that someone did in fact pay for when purchased? Jay left again and came back saying the owner refused to honor it. I rarely write reviews choosing to simply use the 5-star system. Personal attention and customer service doesn 't exist at Greg 's Grill any longer. Maybe the new owner needs to look at the large number of other quality restaurants in Central Oregon to choose from when dining out. That 's where you will find us enjoying food and drink in the future.
