New York Fried Chicken - Benton Harbor

This place used to be great. I ordered and paid through an app, they called me to tell me I owed them more money or they wouldn't deliver. I told them to cancel the order. I went through the merchants to cancel the order, stop, and reverse payment. They then sent the order to my house after it was canceled and didn't say anything to their driver!

My wonderful friend here watched out for me and made sure I am not getting the wrong meat (lamb+beef .(nothing religious, but not a fan of beef flavor .Thank you. Hope to stop again in my way back and take enough for couple of days.

Idk. Normally these guys are fantastic. Mean might take a while for them to deliver your food but have always been pleasant to deal with. Currently dealing with an order that is an hour and a half late and it took several calls to get through before I got to someone and he was absolutely rude and brushed me off about my order.Food: 3/5

I have ordered many items from here and I was very pleased with the food and services .Have also ordered there Buckets of chicken and the fried Okra is the bomb.Wheelchair accessibility: Other than the entry door is not an automatic opener for any one handicap. You can get inside by pulling the door open if you are able to do so.

Very good chicken ! I would definitely eat there again. It's like KFC chicken and McDonald's fries from 1990 lol.Best I've had in a long timeKid-friendliness: Nice folks .
