She makes mistake, and treats you like you're getting on her nerves.We always tip driver good, and always spend over 50 to 100.Someone needs to talk with her before she cost them good customers. There are always other pizza places that are cheaper. The best service comes from delivery drivers.
I just called and the person said we only deliver to residents, we don’t deliver to semi trucksI don’t understand why they don’t deliver to truckers, I wonder how they get their products delivered to them, they are the only pizza delivery that denies truck drivers, very upsetting,Wow they just lost a customer
I called in to speak to manager, upon asking for a manager a female employee said Nobody is in and hung up on me. Incredibly rude. After calling back the employees never answered twice.
Worst customer service ever. My coworker ordered pizza for us and let them know that she was ordering for someone else and would not be present at delivery. They came and refused to even get the pizza out of the vehicle before verifying the credit card (which wasn’t present because it was across town) We tried to FaceTime the cardholder and the delivery person said “sorry, it has to be in person” and walked away. I have an extensive order history with them, but because my coworker didn’t they wouldn’t bend. The delivery driver sat in his car on the phone for 5 min before even coming to the door. Sad that they will loose a long time customer over this.
I ordered pizza, chicken and wedges on Christmas Eve. Spent $76 on food alone. Took an hour and 45 minutes to be delivered. I was completely understanding. Tipped $24 to the driver as it was Christmas Eve and they made it happen. I called back tonight and they said our address is not in their delivery area. They refused to deliver and the hung up on me. I tried calling back thinking it was an accident and they wouldn’t answer the phone. The lady “general manager” was rude and I just don’t understand why it had to be that way. We had no problem waiting nearly 2 hours and then still tipped very well. The house is 4 miles from their location. Very disappointed!!
