Domino's Pizza - Berea

Good pizza, good options BUT I always have to give them directions to my place even though I live in town and the delivery driver was $2 short on my change yesterday.

My favorite place to order pizza. Staff drivers are always friendly and have always provided excellent service. I'm only giving 3 stars now because lately, while the pizza has been okay, it's not the usual quality it's been in the past. Less cheeseand sauce, to the point of being noticeable. I have added extra cheese to my order the past couple of times but haven't gottenit. Today, I ordered 6 pizzas for a birthday party and the pizza was so thin the toppings were bare minimum when cheese sauce were concerned, even though I added extra cheese to my order. The entire party commented on it. Again, while staff isalways friendly and sincere, I hope the quality of the pizza gets better once again.

Gabe made a fantastic pizza and was very friendly when I arrived to pick it up. It appeared that there was a new employee on staff, but Gabe and the other employees were patient with them while handling phone calls and making pizzas simultaneously.

I have ordered through the app many times and they always get my order right! My kids enjoy having pizza and movie nights, and they always request the "black box" pizza. I also appreciate the features available on the app and the great prices.

I love this restaurant. Ordering here is quick and easy, and my order is always correct.
