Dunkin' - Berwyn

I typically have a terrible experience at this location. They always tell me the Baskin Robbins isn’t open. And if it is, they say they don’t have chocolate or strawberry ice cream. Makes no sense to me. This has happened to me no less than 5 times so we stopped coming. However, the other night my husband and I stopped in and ordered some milkshakes. 26 minutes waiting in the drive through. Slow service and still couldn't get the order right

Shakes suck The one in cicero is way better The cashier even said after I asked him why my shake looked so light that he didn’t know how to make it

Amazing. Had never been to this one, as I live much further south down 55. The way I like my ice coffee is a little hard to explain. The owner?, swooped right in, made my coffee perfect, and told me what to say to make it easier to order my coffee next time. Exceptionally clean store.
