Pizzeria Pri Kameni - Besenova

The pizza was eatable... Also a bit small. The service wasnt the best, little grampy. Also i noticed its a thing not to bring a plate and a glass to the 2years old... Apperntly they fo not exist and will eat straight from the table... Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We wanted to sit there with our kids for dinner. There’s no host and no defined waiting line so people just hover inside competing to catch a table. The waiters were rude and very unhelpful. We won’t be visiting there again. Service: Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We arrived in Besenova at 20.30, so with two children, I just wanted to find the closest place to eat because they were hungry. The restaurant was full, so I thought we could expect good quality. We waited for an hour for our food. When I asked the waitress, her response was: You saw we were full, so what did you expect? Seriously? Is this a way to treat paying customers? I could not believe the rudness. They also have people smoking just outside the door and in the summer, with the door open, all the smoke goes inside. One of my sons ordered Hawaian pizza, they add strawberries to the pizza, which he didn 't want, so I asked for pineapple only. I ended up having to scrape strawberries off his pizza as there were still some left (looks like they use a ready made mixture of pineapple and strawberries). The other two pizzas we had were good (ham/salami and prosciutto di Parma with rocket salad). However, overall experience was awful due to rudness of staff. All they had to do, was tell us at the beginning, what the waiting time was and we would 've gone elsewhere. No apology or discount was offered when I raised this. We won 't be visiting them again.

It may seem like a small pizzeria, but there's a lot of space inside and a nice terrace/garden outside. The waiting time for the pizza was quite long despite the limited occupancy, polite and helpful staff. As for the pizza itself, it is very good, you can feel that it is not made with premium Italian ingredients, but it is very good. Well deserved 4/5, worth checking out. Parking: There are several parking spaces next to the shop/pizzeria. Service: Dine in
