It was over 1.5 hours and after the call to see what?s going with the order, we are told that there was only one driver and the team member who was supported was extremely rude and not helpful. Then I asked to talk to the manager and was now put into operation for over 10 minutes and still not talking to them. I want to cancel my order, but no one will talk to me to help me. I spent almost $50 for what is undoubtedly cold pizza at 9am (if then).
Customer service is terrible. The staff will be mad at you when your order is wrong, even if they are reading from a screen of what to put. The staff walks around in Nike slides and carries hair caps; they touch the computer screen then dough. The attitudes are terrible.
Rude, unprofessional and ghetto! This place just needs to be closed or get some people with some customer service skills. I will never order from them again!!
After ordering a pizza before the break-off period, they accepted the order without informing me. Drove there and then the order was canceled.
Fast and easy online ordering, customer service was nice.
