Wendy's - Bessemer

Driving through the person was rude and tried to push my order even though I was the only one in the line. I had to order a single cheeseburger and a salad and she told me to move forward after the cheeseburger and I had to tell her that my order was not finished. Asked for an unsweetened tea and became sweet. Probably because the ride through the person tried to hurry and not hear me. They didn't give me the order, so I'm not sure what they actually did. Have to pay up to the window and was asked to move forward. The guy who broke out my order definitely didn't wear a mask. We? re from out of state and just wanted a quick bite, but this experience was meh and me? m worried about Covid exposure now.

We moved to Atlanta and had no problems. The lady who took our order was polite and patience and a younger guy with a Apron (the cook I suspect) came into the window and verified how our burgers were fixed to ensure accuracy. Everything was freshly cooked except my nuggets were old and dry and they forget the sauce?. Overall, it was a good visit.

Menu and service were beyond our expectations. We really enjoyed the surroundings of this place. Nice restaurant to take my family for dinner.

I like to go with friends to this place with my highest recommendations. I often visit this place. This recommendation is always successful. The food there is tasteful and the team is attentive and cooperative. When we visit this place, we give a happy time. highly recommended.

I was the only car there, the drive thru person was Rude! I ordered single combo no onions/tomatoes add bacon this is was I received! Told me to pull up guy comes out with mask pulled down giving me my food trying to hold a conversation saying I looked familiar! At this point I'm scrambling for my mask to put on and they forgot my soda and Crackers for chilli...NEVER WILL RETURN!!!
