Came here a few times when it was Patsy’s Place, but wasn’t impressed with the Cosy Corner. The two waitresses had three tables total and were running around as if it were 20 tables. I had the Big Breakfast and while there was a good amount for the money, I am mixed on everything I had. The sausage was mushy, waffles were hard, and the home fries were seasoned well but tasted as if they were sitting out for a while. The first impression was a smell of cigarette smoke. There were no pictures on the walls nor color and didn’t give off that inviting feeling. I don’t think we’ll be back. Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu with a few breakfast and lunch options.
Great food and the service were pleasant. However, the place seems to be outdated.
I ordered a tomato and cheese omelette and it was the tastiest omelette I ever had!!! The eggs were so light and fluffy. I’m not sure what the chef did to make the tomatoes so tasty (perhaps fire roasted or like a tomato jam) but it was rocking my tastebuds! ? The bacon was perfectly crispy, sausage was good (especially dipped in a little bit of syrup) and the sweet cream buttermilk pancake melted in my mouth. A perfect dessert to follow the savory goodness ??Will definitely be back next time we are visiting!?There was a bit of a wait but perfection and deliciousness does indeed take time (TLC)I almost forgot how fresh the breakfast potatoes were ?Perfect 10 breakfast!!!
Wait staff was attentive and nice, waited 30 minutes for pancakes. 2 other tables walked out before us, we left without out food so can't speak to it. Atmosphere needs addressed, floors seem like they are an insurance issue waiting to happen.
