Or Server Katelyn was the best and the others supported themselves. That's how you run in front of the house. Your coffee cup will never go under half before filling or warming up. I had the vegie omelet with real eggs no powder or fake eggs here! I wanted to try her pancakes, but the Omelet was huge. Everyone looked at Yams and everyone was thrilled. In the middle of the week and not wait. I'll tell you it's worth waiting. Don't miss this Quad City Chess.
There are many places that now have the words pancake house in their name around the quad cities currently. Maybe. I just didn't pay attention, maybe Google Maps helps to see this reality easier. I'm just betting on me. Anyway, I felt the need to try one of those pancake houses and chose Jimmy 's as it was within a 5 minute drive from my house. I don't know what I expected when I went to Jimmy, but I can report that it's a good-looking breakfast. There are counter seats right from the entrance, traditional cabin and table seats for larger groups to the left, and a full view of the kitchen straight ahead. The walls are a bright peach color decorated, on the pictures imitate windows on what seems to be a tropical / koastal environment. In view of the great world map near the entrance with a Greek flag that was prominently donated to it, I decided to interpret these vignettes as the Mediterranean. The place was packed when I arrived makes sense that it was a considerable Saturday morning breakfast. Since it was available to me, I took the counter seat directly at the register. This allowed to observe a bit of relaxing people. Anyone who came in was also pleasant with the 20 30-minute waiting near all the time. I opted for a hot black tea (the only tea available) and a Mexican chic with scrambled eggs and sourdough toast. The eggs and toast were both bright and fluffy with a textured contrast of the toast. I also enjoyed the skill, but probably would order something else next time. The potatoes were well cooked and stuffed, but it was just a bit much for me overall. The chorizo, pepper Jack cheese, and Jalapenos added the necessary spicy and spicy flavors I had believed this morning. The only thing I liked during my visit was the music game. Not that I hate 90 pop or boy bands, but I suspect someone had a playlist of mostly NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys for most of my visit. I was happy when this particular pseudo-musical trend died and decided still not to prefer, but it played in a correspondingly quiet volume. As such, I don't complain too much. I want some time back, but probably won't be a day on weekends, they were packed and constantly busy. Thanks for the great meal, Jimmy's!
It was the first day of 2023 and my husband who loves to pamper his wife all the time, took me for Sunday brunch. The food was good. We've tried eggbenedict, pancakes and gyro chic. One had her classic egg-benedict ham in him, which I didn't know, so I had to return the order. The other order came pretty fast. The service was good, but slow. Overall we enjoyed our time there
The best food I had in the Quad Cities, down my hands. My husband found this place by chance, and we loved everyone. That thing. My fries and chicken strips? Oddly. The cookies and Gravy were the best I ever had, and I'm usually not a van. The pancakes were better than my other past pancake place in QC. We'll be back so much and so often. Take all our money, Jimmys.
Love this place! Great food and great service. The whole family likes including 4 picky boys. Large thick pancakes. Awesome bacon and eggs. I don't think I've left a 5 star review before but I can't find anything wrong yet with 3 visits.
