A long time ago, Meffert was an address. Now sell average merchandise at excessive prices. The much-injured whole grain bread can be better for others. The white flour baked goods are underground. We bought: a small bread loave (300 g to 3,70 € : I am ready to pay so much when the product is right. It wasn't true. A baguette: dust dry. The pizza rolls. I looked at the whole grain assortment. Not stunning: 6.85 € for 850 g completely overpriced. For this budget you can send home the extraordinary breads of Bäckerei Schüller in Bamberg. Conclusion: The more beautiful the premises and the name, the worse the quality.

We have been disappointed. Among other things, we had asked for a cappuccino with lactose-free milk and we were told that this was possible. But we get one with normal milk, which unfortunately caused the known symptoms within a few minutes with my wife. If I had wished an honest answer, we would have taken a normal coffee without milk.

Looking for a good bread we went to this bakery. But the chosen dinkelbrot was only one thing: more expensive! Tastefully it was more like a three-day-old toast bread. Very bad.

Buy my whole bread here, I'm very happy. Mostly nice staff. Very good quality.

Many years ago I bought bakery Meffert in Lemgo and loved the bakery! Quality is still top! Bread, rolls, cakes, cookies...just tastes everything.
