Mima's Cuisine - Big Spring

Wow! This was my first visit and I tried the brisket and carnita tacos, which were the best in the city. I spoke with Mima at the window, she was a very nice lady. I will definitely be back tomorrow.

It hurts me to smash family businesses, especially if I am a visitor of the opposite; but my experience here was terrible. first the casket I found out warns the owner; told me if I write the order instead of writing it. Maybe there was a language barrier, and I agree it was there. I asked for the top mimas burrito the nice on the picture,) I was clear that I wanted with avocados and with the sauce, but instead I got only a dry burrito with rice. It didn't look like the ones on the picture; and I get it, it warns my fate to eat here. the owner has refunded the money, but it did not make for the bad experience. I asked for crispy tacos and got roads tacos. cook apparently thought it was cool to tell me that it's like her em, but that warns what I ordered. if someone works in the back of the house, it does not seem professional for him to try to act as superior or in front of the house. it didn't make me feel better when he approached me. I do not recommend ordering food on the phone; they will not understand what they order and give them the wrong order.

This restaurant is amazing! I tried the ground beef and potato tacos for the first time and they were absolutely delicious. Can't wait to go back!

The food is great and the service is friendly, with a nice lady taking the orders. The menu has a slightly unusual policy where individual tacos are listed and priced separately, but cannot be ordered on their own. They can be a bit stingy with the salsa, but the overall experience is still very good.

Not only is everything I have tried delicious but Mema is always there to greet everyone with a huge smile on her face. She remembers her customers and loves them individually. She serves her food hot, fresh, delicious, and with a huge side of love!
