Mcdonald's - Birmingham

McDonald's manager in my area is good at her job. Every time I order coffee, it's nothing less than PERFECT! EVERY SINGLE TIME!

This McDonald?s is the only close to my work, so I'm forced to go there from time to time. You have some important problems! Last Saturday during lunch they had no soda! Nothing! Just sweet tea. They are constantly made from popular articles. I, I have never worked in a restaurant, but would it not seem if you keep mocha frappe? mix for me as 2 days at a time that you ORDER MORE!? Not to mention how rude the management staff are. Someone has to do something here!

Nothing but children/young adults work here, the manager must ensure that they work on their customer service skills. their runner must pay attention to the orders, so that the customer does not have to return there. I came back to correct my order, just to return the wrong order. Smh

The worst McDonalds on the planet!!! The managers are over rude! The food when they make your order right is terrible. Today was my last straw. I'll return NIE to these McDonalds! If I could?

I did the online ordering I did the cheeseburger special and then made another order and they got my order wrong made me go to the side door told me my order was right and then made me wait again this by far has to be the worst customer service people here do not want to do their job. The manager looked me in the face and told me my order was right I'm looking at my receipt and looking at the order and it's wrong and then they made me wait like 15 minutes for a light order. No integrity no good customer service no good communication. People at this location do not want to do their job and they have an attitude the worst location I've ever been to also the food was not prepared and the cheese was not melting on the burger wow sadness
