Starbucks Reserve - Birmingham

Bad experience. mobile ordering, lasted long past estimation of the waiting. When I asked for my order that someone had missed it, the guy shot me rudely. they make one fall and go down the road to the local coffee house. I have a refund and went down the street and got service with a smile. no apologies or even commentary when I told the girl at Toducks why I wanted a refund. go somewhere else!

Love this place. Being one of the 20 Starbucks Reserves in the United States, this Starbucks is unique. The coffee here is different from the normal Starbucks experience, and its a large place that is good for studying and spending time with your friends.I would definitely recommend stopping by.

Honestly love that we are fortunate enough to have a reserve here in Michigan. Always a great selection and very helpful and friendly baristas. Would recommend trying an Iced Hazelnut Bianca (get the venti)!

Shoutout Alex! He was kind and smart and knew the Starbucks product! He also served us our siphon experience which I highly recommend! Other employees wearing Master Barista aprons had no clue what they were doing and we're incredibly rude. There was no place for our party to sit. And I asked if we could have one of the tables that the staff was using. And I was told no. I hope Alex is the manager!!!
