Located almost at the borders of Bitritto, it is a restaurant/pizzeria quite provided. The choice of pizzas is vast, as well as that of the appetizers and the remaining courses. The wait was long enough. We sat at 21:10 and ordered at 21:45; until that moment no one calculated us. We ordered a portion of chips, one of fries, a bottle of natural water and two pizzas. The pizzas arrived at 11:00. Important piece: in the middle of the dinner, they made us stand up to move us to another table because they needed ours to be able to join two and sit other people. A simple pizza with Norcia and mushrooms, but with mozzarella without lactose, has come to cost more than a pizza with burrata, pistachio, yellow cherry and Norcia.
