Kfc Fosse Park - Blaby

The service was terrible. The food arrived cold. The young female staff member was incredibly rude and ignorant. It was a horrifying experience. I only rated it one star because I had to. The prices were extremely high for such poor quality food that I wouldn't even give to a stray dog.

I can only give this restaurant 1 star, but if I could give less, I would. I have a video on my phone that I will be posting online of the KFC in the food court. It is absolutely disgusting. The manager should lose their job. When I tried to call about this issue, not one person spoke English. I was transferred to 4 different people and none of them could speak basic English. Their hygiene standards are the worst I have ever seen. I will be posting the video to show others what is being covered up at this KFC. It is absolutely repulsive. This place needs to be shut down quickly.

I recently had a chicken Zinger meal at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the chicken was undercooked and not hot. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they claimed it was the Zinger chicken, but we could clearly see that it was pink and uncooked.

Service was awful, painfully slow with clear priority being given to delivery orders. Waited at least 40 mins for very basic small order. Asked for refund, refused and offer £6 voucher on a £15 meal. No thanks I’ll never get to spend it as I’ll never visit again.

We we’re passing Fosse Park and popped into KFC as my daughter was hungry. It’s not my kind of food but my child likes it. The trainee girl was helpful and polite as were the other staff members. I am not sure
