Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónRock and Roll theme old style '60's style diner - awesome burgers but I have found the pizzas from there average - a bit hard to find but its just past the pub in with a tobacconist shop.
We ordered burgers on Saturday from Lozza's Rock -N Roll Cafe in Pomona. Mine was meant to be a burger with 'the lot' no sauce or pineapple. The burger was cold with a dry piece of beetroot and tomato with a tonne of sauce on it. The burger itself tasted like fish, but I ate it because I was hungry an hadn't eaten all day. At 11:00pm that same night, I had a terrible attack of vomiting and diarrrhea until 2:00am and still feeling the remnants of it 2 days later. My other friends who had food from here felt a bit off also, but not as bad as me. We will never go there again as the food hygiene standards are not good and I'm furious I got food poisening from a simple hamburger. It seems it's all too hard to get an order right and have suitable food hygiene standards.
Best Pizza in ages I recommend the family Elvis Its HUGE service was great and everything on it was really fresh
For the past five years, we have frequently ordered hamburgers from Lozza's and have always found them to be delicious. However, we have stopped ordering the chips as they are too greasy for our liking.
We went for lunch expecting to find the same cozy atmosphere shown in the pictures on the website. Instead, we found a smoky and dingy takeout shop with a dark back room, a few booths, and tacky 60s posters on the walls. Despite the website and counter sign saying they were open for lunch starting at 12 pm, the guy working there said they had just opened after renovating. It seemed like they had split the space in half to make money from the takeout side and added the restaurant as an afterthought. I would not return to this place.
