Mcdonald's - Blackburn with Darwen

Visited this restaurant for the first time in a while and will definitely not be going again. Upon walking through the door we were met with between 7 and 10 uber eats, deliveroo and just eat drivers all standing around between the ordering machines and the tables loudly chatting away in their own language. We had to ask several to move so we could get passed to sit at a table. Our food took ages to arrive as every order called seemed to be delivery orders. And Throughout our meal the loud conversations continued. Some even collected their food orders and returned to the group to continue chatting. Mcdonalds has to decide what is more important, customer satisfaction or making more money. I will not return to this restaurant to eat in and now knowing my food sits on a counter or in a delivery bag for upto 5 minutes before going anywhere has put me off ordering online too

Me and my family have visited this McDonald’s and ordered from here in the past and we’ve never had a problem with this place good McDonald’s if you had a long journey on the M65 for example because if you want a McDonald’s I’d recommend this one we’ve not had a problem with this place like being unclean, missing orders, slow customer service. I’m pretty impressed with this place we even ordered here tonight and the delivery was fast and food was fresh and warm first local McDonald’s I’ve been able to say such nice words too as I’ve had to make a complaint to quite a number of McDonald’s especially Rawtenstall and Blackpool areas if you seen my recent review I sent to them in the past for a number off issues. Best McDonald’s around here definitely.

Regulary inconsistant in getting the order correct. Multiple times iv ordered, asking to remove cucumbers off the wrap

I was slightly ill after having the nuggets! Service could be better and staff really aren’t friendly, we also had items missing on both drive in and delivery!

I often grab a quick coffee from here whilst passing through the area. I’m usually met by the lovely Westein at the drive thru. She’s just such an amazing character, cheerful and friendly with such a huge smile it makes the whole experience a happy one. She always puts me in a good mood...!
