Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónFor 1..the ads on Facebook that the lunch buffet 9.00 per person and that includes a drink. We were charged 12.00 per person and it was a Tuesday. 2, there was little to no pizza on the buffet and the salad on the salad bar was brown. We waited 25 minutes to get a cinnamon pizza out and when we finally got a few, there was a big ol hair in it. Not on it. I showed the hair to an employee and he just said very sorry. Then I went to the counter (because they don't come to the table) to go to my refill and they tried to charge me for a drink. I said no, I just go and on the way out I showed the OWNER who was boiled in the hair in the cinnamon pizza and he says..sorry about it. And that's it. I said I'm not back and he says good. He didn't seem to worry at all that he lost the customers, and we were there often with our family of 12 people. This place is good. But now it's kind of dirty and down. The employees were great, but the owner was too worried about telling the employees everything they did wrong..(According enough that customers could hear). Thanks to the luck and experience the customers had. Better, do not have false prices, do not pay customers to go for a drink, do not correct your employees before customers, have no hair cooked into the food. Make your customers appreciate and understand their concerns. I did not ask for reimbursement and compensation, and I was not offered anything!
Awesome pizza! Everything I have gotten there is delicious. Our go to is the stuffed breadsticks! Their chef salad is really good and when you get it delivered or carry out it comes in a reusable container. Everyone is always so nice and friendly.
Went here on a week day around 11:45. Had the intention of getting the buffet. Going in the door we saw the buffet had 3 pizzas. One had one piece left, one had three pieces left, and one was a dessert pizza with three pieces. There were four bread sticks. As a group of 5 we needed more than that and the food was not under a heat source, so may have been cold. We left and went somewhere else. No way were we paying $12 a person for this. So different from the Indy location where you have 16 pizzas to choose from and the one in Indy is under $10.
I ordered a party pizza for my first grade class. The pizza was AMAZING! The service was excellent. My 23 first graders were beyond thrilled when Thomas walked through our classroom door carrying a pizza larger than they had ever seen. Definitely was the talk for the rest of the day. Thank you!!!
The food we ordered was ok but everything else was not so good. The employees were friendly especially the older lady. Only 2 people working there was wearing a mask and nobody was wearing gloves even though the Chicago's Pizza website states the opposite. Numerous signs up with different prices and the menu gave different prices as well. Certain areas of the dining room was dirty. There was a young boy running through the kitchen into the dining room multiple times then went into the back I'm assuming he is a child of an employee. That is a huge no no especially if the Health Department showed up. This experience could have been much better but multiple problems were present. I will not be back.
