Topics: One-food quality: the menu has changed dramatically, removing some of the most tasteful and high-quality dishes. The food on the menu is not worth the stomach or price at all... dry rainbow sliders, dry frits, Bland Caesar salad with crusty chicken strips, lukewarm buffalo wings and the “BLUE” smoke drinks were DARK GREEN! Two-discriminatory behaviour: My family made a 2pm reservation days in advanced for my sons' birthday, but another family who learned at this moment that a reservation was required made a local 2pm reservation and was sitting in front of my family. The bartender said first come to serve first, so I did not ask them that the days in advance reservation over the 15 minutes before reservation? She had no answer. Then, the waiter/‘manager in training’ told us the waiting staff (that was 3 people... very underoccupied) would sing happy birthday to my 6 year old son, as it is a normal practice with Dessert’s birthday. My family testified and applauded for the happy birthday song from the staff to another young girl, but when it was time for the staff to sing happy birthday to my son the waiter/"manager in the training" gave a sad reason why the restaurant no longer happy birthday to guest singing, employees only happy birthday 20 minutes ago to a guest sang and he was directly Clapping!!! Our mind was blown through this lame and illogical excuse. FYI: My family is African American... the whole front dining room staff was white. the guest who received the Happy Birthday Funny was white... the guests whose on-site reservation was our days in advanced reservation was white... These factors lead to the conclusion that the group of workers has discriminatory behaviour. Overall our bill was over $121.00 for lame, trashy and discriminatory experiences. I believe in generous drinking, but I could not trust tip for an illuminated experience like that. We're never gonna dine at Sugar Factory MOA again.
Absolutely terrible service, he asked four times for water waiting for 45 minutes for food that was bad and cold. Horrible service terrible food we will never go back. We were there for Grandson's birthday. They never brought him his birthday ice cream after three times remembered!!! not know how it could be worse!!
Service was EXTREMELY slow and food was expensive for mostly small portions. Loaded pommes were a huge part, but pommes were very cheeky. We waited over 20 minutes to have a server check for us, then one hour for drinks 15 more minutes for food placed at the same time as drinks.
We thought the food was fair at best. We thought the experience was fun but we wouldn’t need to go more then once in our life. It’s expensive for what you receive. We were excited to keep the shake mug and then told they don’t do that anymore. That’s why we were willing to pay so much for a shake…
