I never been to a Sushi Shop where there was only one staff member making sushi. I usually order fresh rolls since I have a specific choice when I go to a Sushi Shop. I was advised that there was a HOUR wait. He...was well behind on all his orders, and the "To Go" fridge was empty. I had to leave the restaurant with no food

I have never been to a sushi restaurant where only one chef makes the sushi. I usually prefer to order fresh rolls when I visit a sushi restaurant because I have specific preferences. However, when I visited this restaurant, I was informed that there was a 2-hour wait time. The chef seemed skilled and efficient in handling all the orders, but the to-go fridge was empty. Unfortunately, I had to leave the restaurant without being able to enjoy any food.
