P.f. Chang's Boise

The dumplings were delicious. We both enjoyed our main dishes a lot. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant!

The restaurant serves delicious food, but there was a lack of transparency when the waitress failed to mention that choosing a specific type of rice would cost extra. Additionally, the prices for drinks seemed high compared to other establishments in Boise. Although the food was tasty and the waitress was friendly, the implication that selecting a type of rice was included in the meal without extra charge came across as deceptive.

Waitress was genuinely nice but was lacking. Service was extremely slow. Refills on drinks took forever. I asked for an order to be put in for a to go meal as soon as our dinner had arrived. mins later we’re paying our bill and she apologized that our food wasn’t ready because sushi orders had just come in. I asked mins ago and now your just making our food. Absolutely awful.

We were a party of six and arrived separately and server was great to give us time before ordering. My only issue is that I received notice from Open Table that I missed my reservation when I did not. Maybe host/hostess forgot a step? idk How it works but don’t want to not be able to use Open Table in the future. Otherwise great experience!

We hadn’t been to P.F. in several years for no particular reason. Our meal and service was excellent. The restaurant is now at the top of our rotation.
