Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe were the only diners on a Saturday night; that should have been a clew. The background music was way too loud. My wife and I both agreed our entrees were awful. The server was very pleasant however, she made too many mistakes with our order.
The outdoor patio offers a picturesque and tranquil setting. The shrimp tacos were excellent, and everyone enjoyed their main dishes.
Despite having reservations, we waited 45 minutes to be seated and another 10-15 minutes before anyone came to our table. The service staff appeared to be very disorganized. They attempted to bring the wrong food to our table and others surrounding us. Our neighboring diners complimented the food but expressed frustration with the service. After a prolonged wait (during which our server blamed a backed-up kitchen), our meals arrived. One of them was incorrect, but my husband chose to accept it out of fear of further delays. The fish we ordered was excellent - perfectly cooked and seasoned. We opted for the "all you can eat" option and requested seconds, but they only brought seconds for one of us. We ultimately decided it wasn't worth waiting to see if we would receive another plate.
The tables were cramped, causing a delay of over 45 minutes. Our table was unstable, and the staff were initially reluctant to move us. After demanding to speak to a manager, we were relocated to a table near the entrance, which I didn't mind at that point. The server neglected to pour our wine, so we had to do it ourselves. The seafood pasta was mediocre, but the filet ordered by my husband was good. The service was lackluster and slow, despite ordering a special. There were snide comments made by servers about other guests. The live music was decent, but there was not enough space for a dance floor as they were focused on maximizing occupancy. I would not return due to the poor seating arrangements, even at a price of $70. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.
The busboy who set the table next to ours after we were seated was badly in need of deodorant. The server was kind of brisk, kind of bored with her job. Other than that the restaurant was very clean and tidy and was inviting. The tables were squeezed pretty close together and made it look crowded although the noise leavel still very low.
