The staff was extremely pleasant. Ordering in advance through the app was effortless, and they had your order prepared and waiting for you, unlike another coffee shop I am familiar with.

Alex is an incredible and accommodating team member at this restaurant. He is a diligent worker and consistently provides excellent and speedy service every time I visit. Highly recommend!

I went to the drive-thru yesterday and ordered 3 frozen chocolates, 2 donuts, and 1 mini bagel. The person taking my order was very rude, as if she didn't want to take my order. It was unpleasant. When I got close to the window, she dropped my drink and tried to blame it on someone else. I will definitely leave a review with her name mentioned. I hope she gets fired.

Hello I just came to this Dunkin? one of your employees a lady she was so rude to me i asked if I can use the restroom she rudely tells me you got to buy something first I told her I?m going to and then walks away and ignores me when I asked her thedirection of the bathroom cus she didn?t point it to me so I asked another employee and she talks to me rude again and saysdon?t you see me getting the keys i apologized and I FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE AND SAD I WILL NEVER STEP A FOOT TO THIS PLACE EVERAGAIN . Please tell your associates to be kind and friendly with customers.

The weekday morning staff are the best! The quality of service and food is excellent. I come in there in desperate need of coffee and food in a confused sleep deprived state that doesn't even phase them.
