Overall the food was good and had great portion sizes. However, the broccoli could use a bit more flavour as it didn't taste of anything. Absolutely POOR SERVICE and WRONG ORDER. I ordered for takeaway- was told around 10 mins. I waited 35 mins. It was NOT busy inside. People came after me got their food I had to ASK them and then they found that my food was just left in the hot cupboard. What was it doing there? I had been sitting there for 35 mins, NOBODY came to me when the food was packed. On top of that- obviously after 35 mins the food was COLD. I questioned it and I was told it would be fine. Of course it was cold. And when I get home, they didn’t even give me the right order. I got plain chips (ordered peri peri chips). No additional peri peri salt. I am so disappointed with the service! Never come to Nandos Middlebrook!!! Very very poor.
