Sam's Southern Eatery - Bossier City

Delicious fish. Excellent shrimp. Good portions. Nice staff. We stopped at Barksdale AFB for the night and tried this place for dinner. Will definitely go again on our next trip through the area. Was told they had a location in Charleston, SC… We'll try that one, too!

Always friendly when I go there and food is always fresh.

I didn't dine in I grabbed food to go and enjoyed my food.

The fried shrimp is really good but the dinning room and interior is not good at all. If I just walked in off the street I would probably not eat here. But service and food is good.

Everytime we go to Louisiana, we look for a Sam's Southern Eatery! Our server was so polite and kind. Thank you! They make the best fried shrimp poboy (I should know. I've tried many places ️ The tarter sauce is the best with just the slightest cajun kick! And even though I don't, ususally, eat fries — I love theirs dipped in the tarter sauce or alone My husband ate the 2 fish and 2 shrimp Check out the size of the shrimp thumbs
