A deluxe suite has a super uncomfortable double bed in the smallest room I’ve ever stayed. I would never have thought this is what $300 would get you. The shower had horrible water pressure and black mold on the tiles. I tried to upgrade to a reasonable room but they were completely sold out of larger beds. Awful way to start my vacation but thankfully only staying here one night. The staff was incredibly friendly.
Absolutely loved this Hotel and its history. It is elegant and the rooms were especially clean and the beds were comfortable . The staff here are hospitable, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Boston, the location is perfect for walking anywhere you want to go in the downtown area. Loved it!Rooms: 5/5
