My wife has a gluten intolerance and Online their menu says to inform them of food allergies, we did but they had no alternatives so she was stuck not being able to order a good appetizer. Her entree of salmon was too dry
Extremely loud atmosphere, tables for two are extremely close together making it impossible to have an intimate dinner. I couldn’t hear my spouse across the table and felt if I was part of everyone’s conversation. It was Valentines weekend, so thought that may be why...they were very busy but felt rushed through the entire dinner and honestly I couldn’t wait to leave due to the noise level being so loud...the food was good, but just wanted a nice intimate evening and didn’t realize that wasn’t the place for it.
Everything was perfect!! The food and dessert were fantastic. The service and drinks were made well. Will definitely return!
We have been to Strip multiple times now. In the past we have come on a week night and have always had great service. This most recent visit was in a Saturday evening, so to be expected it was much more lively. Our food was great as usual but the service has definitely been better. We were running 10 minutes late so I had called the hostess to let them know. When I called, they couldn’t find my reservation. I had asked them to look again because I called and confirmed the reservation earlier in the day. At a second glance the hostess just said “no”. I asked her what she meant and she said “no you don’t have a reservation”. My next step was to ask for management but my reservation was finally found. When we arrived at the restaurant the hostess told us to wait a minute. She wasn’t helping anyone else but needed more time I guess. Another couple walking in the front door and walked past us and were immediately helped by the hostess. Typically we have had great experiences at Strip but it’s seemed the staff was overwhelmed on a busy Saturday night. Our first drinks were Martinis which were overly sweet and not pleasant. Granted it was Valentines weekend but I expect a better level of service for a steak house like Strip.
