My experience started great after the man in drive thru provided excellent service. After eating the food i was still happy. But the following morning (Christmas Day) a volcano of violence erupted from my colon. My wife has thrown up 6 times in 4 hours. I’ve been glued to the other toilet. Please for the health and safety of your loved one avoid the wagu burger

I haven't been to Arby's in several months, and I would swear on my kids that they have changed the beef. I went to the Arby's off of the 2600s exit at the Bountiful woods cross area. And picked up the cheddar sandwich with curly fries. Fries where just the same but the beef was night and day different. I asked for no cheese at the drive thru and he verbally verified it. I get to the window to pay and he asked again, “no cheese?” and I said “no cheese”. I get back to my office and open it up and guess what, freaking cheese!! Why even pretend to listen and verify, not once but twice, if you’re going to give me whatever you want instead of what I ordered?
