Firehouse Subs Bowling Green

Was in several fireworks documents throughout the country, but bowling green KY has never announced 10-12 if guess come and not much fireworks in the business may not connect to the local department was ok and business was clean

A double-meat ball bottom with extra cheese ordered. Do not have any additional meatballs or cheese when I told them I had a double meat under them, they put 5 or 6 meatballs in a cup and gave them to me. Pretty bad for an 18 dollar sub. All the other firehouses were 5 stars for me. Not here.

Smokehouse brisket, so good! We went around 6pm and there was only one group of people there eating. Only disappointment was that they were out of pickles. Haven't had a bad meal from there yet but I don't frequent there a lot.

Store is under new ownership as of October 2020. This review only applies to the old ownership. I have edited this review 11.3.20. The food is and has always been awesome. The only problem I had was with the way people were treated before the new owner. I always order the brisket. Last time they gave a whole different sandwich. This time cold turkey meat instead of brisket. Called, I am very friendly. Manager laid the phone down and just wouldnt talk to me. Several times I have called and they just lay the phone down and never pick it up. I get it. The manager doesnt care, the employees don't care, and the owner either doesn't know, or doesn't care. We order 4-8 sandwiches at a time for lunch. I highly recommend that you do not spend a penny here. They don't care about thier customers. That attitude will not result in a sanitary food, happy customers, or profit. Really just could not care less about you getting what you pay for. In response to Firehouse. My problem is not the food. My problem is this is not the first time they have just set down the phone. We have tried to order and they do it. Really who ever is running the store is not in charge of the store. I am never mean or rude to people in the service industry. I would never of written a bad review if they had attempted to take care of it.

My experience there was limited it was fairly clean. staff was okay not a real long wait on the food everything tasted pretty good
