My friend and I visited the restaurant on Leeds Road, where we were greeted by a friendly and humorous manager who welcomed us as first-time customers. Unfortunately, my friend received a stale cake and decided to return it, despite not wanting to cause a scene. The worker who wore glasses replaced the cake but made a rude comment implying she was difficult. Another colleague outside asked if everything was okay as we were leaving, to which my friend mentioned the unpleasant customer service from the worker with glasses. Despite the colleague's attempts to make the worker apologize, he refused to do so and behaved in a disrespectful manner. My friend stood up for herself and questioned the kind of people the restaurant employs, especially when she had just politely asked for a replacement cake. It was a disappointing and disrespectful experience due to the behavior of that particular employee.

The food took over an hour to arrive, was late, and the waffle was undercooked and soggy. It was put straight into a box without a liner and tasted like the cardboard box, not as described. The desserts were all overpriced and not worth it. The kids were disappointed as well. It was a waste of money and I will not be ordering from here again.

I love the food and atmosphere at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend that everyone try it at least once.

Best in the local business that I have seen for quality eggless cakes. Amazing service and staff. Due to Ramadan they were not open until 2pm and I needed the cake at noon. They delivered the cake to my house all the way from BD7 to LS28 and were at my house exactly the time they said. Thats dedication for you!

I ordered 165 boxes of mithai and baskets back in Oct 2018 as Allah SWT blessed us with a beautiful girl and I can speak for all 165 families and friends in Bristol and say the Mithai was amazing. Everyone was surprised and felt like a lot of effort had gone into the prep and the mithai tasted just as good on day 3. People say the second time, the service isn’t as good, however, I was so impressed the first time that we put another order in of 175 boxes 6 months later and the mithai was just as good, if not better. But that wasn’t just it, Mudassar and Usman both knew all about customer service, made the boxes just as we wanted and went as far as delivering my order to our door, totalling around trip of 7 hours. Thank you for the amazing service, the service you give goes along way and I’m sure we’ll be ordering much more in the future Insha’Allah :
