Try the artichoke francaise and the Grandma Nora pasta full of subtle but powerful flavors. Lovely attentive service and real people prices for this pricey area. We will be back!
An excellent dining experience overall. The food was just perfect- felt like a good home cooked meal- no frills, decent and delicious. Its a family owned business and the owners (a mother- daughter duo) were so inviting and kind. The tiramisu is a must have! We are definitely going back! The management responded in such a professional and rational way, yet still clapped this lady's ignorant cheeks it's amazing. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I made a reservation with this place and canceled it a half an hour later. The day of the reservation, they called me to ask where I was and I told them that I was not coming per my cancelation the same day that I made the reservation. The woman on the phone fought back and forth with me and started yelling at me FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I had informed them that I canceled the reservation the day that I made it and they said that it did not matter and that they would charge my card $200 and HUNG UP ON ME with no apology. Absolutely unacceptable and TERRIBLE customer service. I cannot believe this and will never come here. So upsetting. EDITING MY REVIEW TO RESPOND TO THE RESTAURANT: Thank you for your response, even though it was unprofessional. We DID CANCEL our reservation and follow your policy. We canceled the SAME day that we made the reservation on July 21 and have PROOF. Please let us know if you would like to see it and we will gladly bring it by. I am not sure why we received a call the day of to confirm our reservation when we had dutifully canceled it. Seems like a scam to me. We mistakenly confirmed the reservation the day of because we were on the beach and couldn’t fully hear and thought you were the restaurant that we had made the reservations at. Because why would you be calling us to confirm a reservation we had canceled? So unfortunate that we were held responsible for the incompetence of your business for not recording that we canceled our reservation THE SAME DAY WE MADE IT. This is why my family and I will never eat at restaurants like yours. We were also never told that we’d be given a credit to use within 90 days, and we did not yell, you did, and we did not put 3 to 4 people on the phone. It was two people. One of which being my mom. The reservation was for her milestone birthday. So thank you for ruining my mom’s birthday dinner.
Didn’t even get to eat here. Don’t know who’s hiring the people that handle customer service here but seems as though the only qualification is being rude, disrespectful, and money-hungry. Definitely a shame but not surprised from this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
