Great American Cookies - Bradley

Put an order in Friday to be ready 230 Sunday it was NOT ready they cut 2 circle cakes to make a square one looked like ****. Didn’t even make it square tried to hide it with the icing in the corners. The lady was rude! I had to take the cookie couldn’t get anything decorated in time for a party

I ordered my boyfriend a cookie cake for his 23rd birthday. The second picture is what was supposed to be on the cake, but instead I got what looks like a bear climbing a tree. The rude employee at the counter told me they could do something similar, but this is nothing like what I asked for. The writing looks like it was done by a 10 year old and it doesn’t even say 23rd like I asked. Someone else picked up the cake for me, or I would’ve never brought this disaster home. You people decorate these every day, I know you can do better than this if you expect someone to pay for it! I will be bringing it back tomorrow to receive a new cake or a refund ???? EDIT: The cookie company contacted me after I made this post to offer me a new cake. An employee named John apologized and said he could make it like I asked. I picked it up today and it looks so good! The new cake is the third picture.

I love their little specialty cookies they have all the time, normally decorated for whatever season or holiday it is. Their prices SUCK though, and it 's crappy that they don 't have them labeled. I bought one of the giant cookie cakes today for a going-away party for my coworker. I custom ordered it, so I asked them to put dog paw prints on it in addition to the words. Nora is the one who decorated it. The words were great, but the paw prints look like bear paw prints instead of canine. LOL. Not a big deal, I guess she just didn 't know what dog paw prints look like.

I bought the buy 5, get 1 free special. I only got 5 cookies. What a rip off at 3.99 a cookie.

It's GREAT!!! Cookies are fresh a delicious! Cakes look great!
