When we had family and friends round for pizza and one was forgotten staff were very cooperative and very speedy with a replacement pizza Big up Hugo very helpful
Absolutely appalling! Ordered 3 pizza, 3 chicken sides, 3 wedges, wings and garlic bread TOOK 1 hour and 38 mins to get from Halstead to Sible Hedingham!! At worst a 10 min drive. Food stone cold. DISGUSTING SERVICE AND DISGUSTING COLD FOOD you should be ashamed to charge for a substandard service! Won’t ever use you again
For the second time out of 2 consecutive orders I have received the wrong pizzas. I called the store immediately and they advised I would have to wait another hour to receive the correct pizzas. After me advising that it wasn’t good enough to wait an hour (with us needing to go home to put our baby to bed), the lady on the phone apologised and said she would try to get our order with the next driver but 35 minutes later I assume that hasn’t happened. Whilst I appreciate they are busy, orders that have been messed up by the store should be rectified as priority. If I wanted to eat my dinner past 9pm I would have ordered it later. Clearly Dominos are too big to care about individual customers.
This dominos has gone from excellent to poor! It’s run by youngsters which there is nothing wrong with that, however their attitude is disgusting. I’ve ordered a few times now and every time there has been a problem. One of my items was missing and was told they would deliver it within 10 minutes. I allowed half hour in case he was the only delivery driver as I do live 10 min away. The man on the phone was very lovely and apologetic. However an hour passed and nothing come so I phoned back up and asked for a refund, the response was quite careless and no apology at all. I feel my order was messed up as I have been in store waiting and all I can hear is appalling language used at the back of the store and messing about! Customer service needs a huge improvement.
