Nilgiris Brampton South Indian Vegetarian

I have tried various dhosas over there, but I liked the paneer masala dhosa most which was having best masala compared to the mysore masala and regular masala dhosa because that was not much tasty but overall according to price it’s better. I would recommend Paneer Masala dhosa.

Good, vegetarian South Indian restaurant. Simple interior. Little noisy atmosphere. Be prepared to wait in line to be seated, as it is always full. So, you can be assured of having fresh food?. Today, we were hoping to have lunch buffet there, but surprisingly, they do not offer buffet anymore. Not sure, if it is temporary or permanent.Vegetarian options: It is a vegetarian restaurant. So, a lot of options are available for vegetarian people like me.Parking: Usually, there is no problem finding parking as the restaurant is in a shopping plaza, but today it being weekend and also Diwali festivities, the parking lot was full and took some time to find a spot.Kid-friendliness: They offer kids high chair on request. Staff is good with kids.

Always love the food but the cleanliness of the place is what keeps us away. The door handles are sticky, the tables smelly, the washroom is darker around the corner and reeks of urine, the hand sinks scary. Makes you wonder if the kitchen is clean. Just wish they would work on this aspect.

Best south Indian food so far in nearby areas. Every single was prepared with proper spice level according to us and was very quick. Order for 8 guests came in less than 8 mins. I tried coriander masala dosa and idli sambar vada. Both met my expectations. It can be very busy at times though. I went there when it was busy but we got table. After 10 mins, there was a line up since all tables got full, but one can easily get a table after waiting few mins. It has plenty of space.
