Don't waste your time or money. The place is run by rude teenagers. The work stations are kept dirty, they never make your food right, the veggies are wilted, the meat is either ice cold or way over cooked, and the bread is either stale or severely over toasted. If you call or come back with improperly made food they'll tell you there's nothing they can do without the managers approval, but the manager is never there. And it doesn't matter if you place your order online or in person. If you go in person they'll make it wrong right in front of you and ignore you when you try to correct them. I generally spend about $100 as I have 8 people to feed, but from now on I'll go to another subway, even if this one is only 5 mins from my house.
My first time here. I came in for a carry out order. 12:10 p.m. on a Thursday. Only two person staff. Two people ahead of me. Ordered seven identical sandwiches. From entry to exit, took 48 minutes. Sandwiches were good, but not worth that much time.
Ordered 3 subs on Aug.3rd, picked them up. When I got home, the double meat was charged to me but there was no double meat on them. The smashed avocado and mayo was missing off my husband's sub. After numerous attempts to the corporate office and managers, no one will refund the price of the double meat or work with resolving it. They are a joke. But don't mind taking your money.
I must have got them on a bad day.Wilted veggies, bread not up to reasonable freshness expectations, indifferent service.Suggest owner spend more time in store.
