Hanabi Japanese Grill - Brandywine

As always the food was excellent and the service was fantastic and very friendly. My husband and I love coming here!

Took food to go. For some reason the food didn't agree with me. I called and talked to the manager and was given a refund. Oddly, the manager asked me to bring the leftover food back.

I don’t like giving low stars but I’ll be honest, we came for the experience and we did not get one. Boring chef mediocre food, fried rice, vegetables and noodles were salty. Sushi combination and my beer was only thing worth while, highly disappointed and mostly will be 1 time customer.

It was our first time at the Hanabi Sushi Bar in Brandywine, MD with our kiddos and we all enjoyed the experience. A big thank you to our Head Chef Robert for excellent food and server Freddy for the amazing service. You both made our experience super excellent and memorable!! Vegetarian options: A lot of tasty veggies and they did I not hold back on the servings !!! Thank you ! Kid-friendliness: My kiddos loved the cooking show. My son was so captivated and ate ever but of his meal.

Just visited one of my favorite spots for hibachi cuisine. Hanabi always cooks the food just the way you like it. It’s fresh and well seasoned. Thanks to Head Chef Robert and service coordinator Juan, working to deliver a consistently good experience. They handle special requests well and Juan was super attentive with table needs. Great job!
