Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe had a pretty good dining experience here. We drove up from San Diego to check out The Improv in Brea. The food was delicious, and the service was decent. It wasn't exceptional, though. Our server was reasonably attentive, but there were long stretches where we had questions or wanted to place our order. When I mentioned that we were on a time constraint because we needed to get to a show, she became a bit more responsive after that. One small detail is that I mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary, and I expected there might be a small gesture, like a complimentary dessert, but that didn't happen at any point during our meal.
This is the best coconut cake I've ever tasted—it's simply outstanding! It is a bit on the expensive side, but it's absolutely worth it.
Feels very dated inside, bland food. Needs seasoning and better atmosphere. Can’t compete with chains like Lazy Dogs, basically the same thing with lack of menu.
Met a friend for lunch. Highly recommend! There were plenty of choices and a nice two course (with option for 3) lunch special. Very good service. I will be returning.
Solid four stars. It’s not too pricey, but pricey enough that I’d have to be wowed to give 5 stars. It’s a frequent lunch spot for us and the brunch is good too. Good drinks. Diverse menu. Attentive staff.
