The staff here are extremely friendly and attentive. The drinks and food are absolutely delicious. Additionally, the cozy ambiance makes it easy to spend hours there. I want to give a special shout-out to Dylan for his outstanding service; he was not only friendly but also full of energy. The manager, Josh, is also very welcoming and sweet.

I used to love this place, but lately, they've been understaffed in the mornings. There’s only one person working, and it takes 30 minutes just to get a cup of coffee! I usually arrive about 30 to 40 minutes before I need to start work, and I work from home, just five minutes away. This morning, I showed up at 7:31 am, and it took a full 30 minutes to get my coffee, which made me late for work. This is ridiculous for coffee! During my wait, someone walked in and asked how long it would take for her coffee, and the staff member said it would be 5 minutes. Frustrated, she ended up canceling her mobile order. Oak Willow really needs to hire more people for the morning shift. The poor guy was clearly overwhelmed trying to make the drinks, and they looked pretty messy in the end.

You really need to have more than one staff member working in the morning. It took 24 minutes for my coffee to be ready, and there were only two people ahead of me. It just wasn’t worth the wait.

Horchata cold brew is absolutely delicious. Tried them out for the first time at Brea Feat and I'm so glad I did. Vanilla latte is also amazing

I just had the most delightful pumpkin spice latte! All the right spices and not too sweet. I also tried the breakfast sandwich with avocado.It was nice to see an option that doesn't have processed meat on it. The avocado was generous too . Very tasty. The crew was friendly and did their job well. The space and location are good
