**Negatives:** This list is quite extensive! First, parking is not complimentary; it costs $50 per night with no guarantee of an available spot. While the location is advertised as ski in/ski out, you still have to walk a distance to reach the lift before you can start skiing. The fireplace in our room was not functioning, and while we reported it, the staff acknowledged that there were issues but did not resolve them. As for laundry, there was detergent provided under the sink, but I had to download an app to pay for the washer and dryer, which is not the case at other resorts in the area. Additionally, the heat lamp in the bathroom was out, indicating a lack of maintenance in general. When attempting to bring these matters to attention, we were informed that the manager was not on-site. Throughout our five-day stay and numerous visits to the front desk to report issues, we never received any communication from the manager. If you're considering a stay here, be mindful of the overall costs involved. We definitely won't be choosing this place again next year.

I spent a few days hiking at the end of the season, and the location of this place is fantastic, with trails just a short walk from the building. Our room was beautifully furnished and well-kept, offering a stunning view of the mountains. When we made our reservation, we requested a room with a view, and we were delighted to be placed high up in the building where we could see the slopes. The walks into town at night were simple and enjoyable. We can't wait for our ski trip here in March!

I’m sure this place is great, but it seems that it’s no longer located in Breckenridge, as I couldn’t find it after walking around the city!

Located just outside The Village at Breckenridge, this seasonal restaurant offers several tables for enjoying your meal. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. I ordered the oxtail delight, and wow, it was incredibly tender with perfect flavor. Each meal comes with coleslaw, which was a nice touch. I have a feeling that everything on their menu is authentic and delightful. I love supporting small businesses!
