3 stars because it's so hit or miss...the food is always good, but you never know what you're gonna get with the wait staff or karaoke host. Hours are also very inconsistent so call ahead if you're going after 9

Wanted a decent burger but didn’t want to leave my hotel room, so decided on trying The Dugout, and placed an order through Uber eats. The order actually arrived really quickly, and was still warm when it got to me. Overall, it was an “ok” burger. Not much more and not much less. The bun was a little stale, and I was slightly disappointed at the juice ness of the beef- kind of dry and needed some flavor. However, the side salad was pretty much on point... really a decent level of freshness. For the price point $13 plus a normal delivery fee), the meal was pretty good.

I really dislike giving restaurants bad reviews but I was very disappointed. In the past I’ve gone here and it’s been great but this last recent order was so disappointing and kind of depressing. The mac n cheese had zero flavor. Absolutely so bland and the pasta was mush. The Thai PB&J burger was very overcooked and looked like it was just thrown together in a rush with no care. For as much money as these dishes cost it’s not worth it. I hope the food improves soon as I would love to go back!

This restaurant is fantastic! It's exceptionally clean with generous portions and reasonable prices. The server was excellent and the karaoke DJ was one of the best we've heard. The dance music played between songs really added to the atmosphere. We highly recommend this place for a great dining experience.

The service at this restaurant was excellent and the food was delicious! The outdoor terrace was spotless and a perfect spot to enjoy a meal on a sunny day. I ordered the Thai peanut butter dish and it was fantastic.
